After Nakai the orca whale was injured in a fight with two other killer whales at SeaWorld San Diego, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is taking action. Attributing the tussle to the repercussions of confinement, the group filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Agriculture alleging that SeaWorld is violating the Animal Welfare Act.
