Jenna Dewan-Tatum: My Dogs Are My Kids
No, Channing Tatum and wife Jenna Dewan haven't started a family just yet – but they already have two children running around the house: pit bull-Catahoula Cur mix Lulu and Japanese Spitz Meeka.
"I consider my dogs real-life people stuck in a dog's body," Dewan-Tatum, 31, tells PEOPLE. "They are my kids."
And if starting a brood of their own happens to be in their future, the couple seem well-prepared for the world of parenting.
"I always joke around, 'If I can love my actual kids as much as my dogs, we're golden,'" she says, adding, "My dogs are everything to me. I love them so much."
