Even dogs couldn't resist having their own version of Brad Pitt's new Chanel ad.
Move over Saturday Night Live, there's a canine comedian taking aim at the Chanel No. 5 TV spot, which caused a stir when it debuted last week.
Shot in the same black-and-white style as Pitt's distinctive ad, the new video stars a long-haired pup that stares blankly into the camera to promote Kennel No. 5. In a gravelly voiceover, we hear lines like, "The stick flies and we chase after it. Training disappears."
Instead of longing for a lover, the pooch gets broody about his beloved master. "Wherever I fetch, there you are. My wag. My tree. My belly rub."
The mutt's ridiculous monologue expresses the essence of "the timeless scent for the classically adorable dog."
