Now that the monkey who shocked Ikea shoppers in Toronto has found a new home at an Ontario primate sanctuary, his owner says she plans to fight for his return. Describing Darwin as her "child," the owner says she plans to move out of Toronto where she can keep him. –ABC News

After he was dropped off and tied up in front of a Texas Humane Society shelter, an 8-week-old Lab mix managed to break inside and sneak into a kennel. Employees found the pup cuddled up to an 85-lb. Great Pyrenees the next day; the two dogs have since found forever (but separate) homes. –Star-Telegram
