Amanda Seyfried's dog Finn
could learn a thing or two about acting from her dog, Finn.
We don't think he'll get a nod at the A-Cat-emy Awards
this year – but there's plenty of buzz around our office about the Australian shepherd's emergence as a serious and method-inspired actor, who's not afraid to take risks on the screen with a little James Franco
-worthy performance art.

Seyfried posted Monday (watch below), Finn comes off as deliberately camera shy (so in character!), standing completely still as the camera captures him from different angles. Like the Lovelace
star, the dog acts with his eyes – which appear to be saying, 'Really?'
But this is not the first time Finn's onscreen charisma has been recognized. Seyfried told Ellen DeGeneres
in May her pooch is prime to make his big screen debut.
"I got him cast in his first movie," she revealed. "I can't really talk about his character, but it's going to shoot in September. I'm really excited about it. He's
really excited about it."
