Time to break out your coveted sticker book from the '80s. Unicorns are once again an important topic of conversation.

According to The Daily Mail, a elusive animal known as an "Asian unicorn," or saola, has been spotted grazing in Vietnam's central Annamite mountains – and thanks to a hidden camera, the World Wildlife Federation captured pictures of it.

While it's not quite as mystical as the colorful one-horned creatures of your childhood memories, conservationists are enamored with the saola, who has two parallel horns which can reach 19 inches in length.

Dang Dinh Nguyen, director of a saola nature reserve in Vietnam's central province of Quang Nam, tells the British newspaper that the last sighting of the animal in the wild was 15 years ago.

"When our team first looked at the photos we couldn't believe our eyes," said WWF Vietnam director Van Ngoc Thinh. "Saola are the holy grail for South East Asian conservationists so there was a lot of excitement."
