Suryia was born at the animal sanctuary seven years ago, while Roscoe (who is believed to be around 2 years old) popped up randomly out of the woods one day. Though the pooch was wearing a collar, no one claimed him after Antle sought out the owner and he found a new home at the preserve. "[Suryia] doesn't hate dogs, but he doesn't seem to have great friendships with a lot of dogs," says Antle. "This one was different."
