Miller, who himself is the proud owner of a dachshund named Otto, really loves the breed. "They are restricted in their movement with those little legs but they always just persevere," he tells PEOPLEPets.com. "They never seem bothered by it, and are almost blissfully unaware that they are, to most people, quite amusing."
