When John and Sara Kanive posted their two-bedroom Chicago pad on Craigslist, their dog Otis was more than happy to help show off the place. "The first picture, Otis photobombed," John tells PEOPLE. "Then I got the idea to place him in each picture." Perhaps because of that, the apartment was rented out in less than 24 hours, John says.
