The sweetest Sweet 16 birthday gift of all? A puppy! Sophie was a surprise from her parents, Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus, who celebrated with Miley at Disneyland in October 2008. The pooch was reportedly named after a dog owned by her late grandfather.
