Made from weather-resistant canvas and covered in sturdy nylon netting, the Teepee stands 6 ft. tall and 4 ft. in diameter. Though my cats were immediately intrigued by the structure — they were inspecting the mesh-covered ground level even before the easy-to-build enclosure was fully constructed — it took a sprinkling of catnip to get them to climb up to the various levels the first time. A sales clerk helped the singer pick out a brown Animals Matter Katie Puff Bed (above, $160) for her dogs. Made with a down-like fiberfill, upholstered in chenille and available in various sizes, the pillowy seat was instantly claimed by at least one of her pups. "Tyson is rolling in his new bed in the car:) I took him with me to work today!:)" the star Tweeted on Thursday. "He had this really bad habit of chewing all of his little harnesses," she tells PEOPLE Pets. "I was going through harnesses."

Thankfully, the actress came up with a cure for the 2-year-old papillon's urge to chomp. "I've found this one that has this mesh Lycra kind of thing. It fits on him sort of like a little gym suit. And he can't bite that. It's lasted a whole two months now. I think it's going to make it," she says.
